Do You Want To Run Android Apps On Your iPad Or iPhone?

androidipad There are a lot of people who have an iPhone or Ipad that want to try some of Android’s apps. Some people really struggle with this. Guess what? You can have your cake and eat it too. There is an app for the iOS that’s going to be the icing on the cake. The Alien Dalvik Android emulator is now capable of running on the iOS, in the newest 2.0 version.

Alien Dalvik is the virtual machine technology that run’s Android apps. It was developed by Myriad to allow Android apps to run on non Android devices. Alien Dalvik takes Android app’s APK file and put’s it in it’s very own virtual machine. Each Android app boot’s into a stand alone Android emulator on the guest platform. Pretty cool!

This newest version will allow almost all Android apps to run on the iOS devices. I am assuming that of course, it’s a jailbroken iOS, but not sure. Can anyone confirm this? Myriad says that this can be loaded onto eReaders and T.V.’s as well. Their aim is to create a standard for apps so you can run different content on different devices. Could you imagine playing Angry Birds on your T.V.? Myriad will be showcasing this latest technology of Android apps running on the iOS at CTIA next week. I will have more details upon the conclusion of this. Stay tuned.
