According to a new report from the Israel-based site The Verifier, Apple with iOS 11 will introduce a new feature that, while not mind-blowing, has been long overdue and will undoubtedly be warmly received by iOS users. The report specifically relays that FaceTime in iOS 11 will at long last include support for multi-user FaceTime video calls.
The Beta version of the iOS 10 has already been launched. While fans are quite naturally very excited about this upcoming operating system, the critics and the tech gurus are busy finding its pros and cons. But when a new OS launches, it is more important to find out what the operating system has missed out than to find out what it offers. We are not a sceptic, but it gives us an idea what the next iteration of the OS can offer us. Apple is granted a patent for a dynamic touchscreen keyboard that changes position to match your fingers, and a petition calls for Apple to bring back ‘slide to unlock’ in iOS 11.
iOS 11 Feature :
With each iteration, Apple is updating Siri, the computer program which works as a personal assistant and knowledge navigator. The feature will reportedly allow iOS 11 users to start multi-person calls via a group conversation in iMessage with up to five people allowed in on the call. users will be now able to activate the non-Apple apps and can instruct them through voice control. Like you can instruct Siri things like “Send a WeChat to Nancysaying I’ll be five minutes late.’” Or Siri will now even understand if you order “Tell Nancy I’ll be five minutes late with WeChat,”. Siri is now compatible with other chat apps like Slack and WhatsApps, cab ride services like ride-hailing services like Lyft, Uber, and Didi in China. Moreover, you can now instruct Siri to search photos via apps like Pinterest and Shutterfly.
So we are expecting iOS 11 will be compatible with more apps such as Instagram, Twitter, SnapChat and much more. Even we are expecting that you will be able to play popular games like Pokemon Go.
iOS 11 Release Date :
Apple’s trend, they launch a new OS in the third or fourth quarter of the year. iOS 10 Beta has been released in July 2016 while it will be officially launched in the second week of September. So, we are hopeful that the upcoming iOS version will also follow the same pattern. The iOS 11 Beta is expected to release in July 2017 while the iOS 11 release date may fall in the second week of September 2017.
We expect the iOS 11 beta to mirror last year’s iOS 10 beta with a release for two different groups of testers.
